Order Cancellation Before Dispatch 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first. 

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Dispatched 

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may apply for a return once the product is delivered, following our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Alteration 

Currently, we do not allow modifications to ordered items or delivery addresses once the order is confirmed. You will need to cancel the order (if applicable) and place a new one instead.
